The PERSONAL TOUCH makes our ministry different, bringing staff and volunteers much closer to students, who see us as fellow pilgrims on the same journey who can:
FES is a student movement with the participation from students, graduates and staffworkers who in working together, move the ministry.
Our main focus is the student and the student world. Our core involvement is working with the students through their Christian Fellowships.
Encompassing college & university students, ranging from those who speak English, Chinese, BM from all over Malaysia, including International students too! This gives our people an “omph” experience when we come together in His Name.
Graduates who serve as volunteers and lecturers who serve in the Christian Fellowships make the FES experience even more rich, diverse, and unexpected.
Being present. To listen and to see. Playing different roles when the occasion calls for it – the staffworker as a speaker, trainer, teacher, counsellor, advisor, friend, facilitator, resource person, link to FES/IFES and other students’ CF.
MENTOR & PERSONALLY DISCIPLE individual students
TEACH & EQUIP small groups, larger meetings, care groups or campers
SHAPE THINKING LEADERSHIP at planning retreats and committee meetings.
